Hebron City of Praise Missionary Baptist Church was founded after much fasting and praying in August of 2014. The initial service was held in Monroe, NC, at the residence of Reverend Gerome and Reverend Angelia Stinson on August 14th of that same year. After serving faithfully at the Greater Blessing Hope Baptist Church in Waxhaw, NC, for over 20 years in many capacities, including Associate Ministers; They were called To lead a congregation in South Carolina. After serving there for a brief stint and with the blessings of their GBHBC church family, prayer and guidance from their Pastor Rev. Waymon S Jordan Sr, Hebron City of Praise was birthed and planted in Pageland, SC. In 2019 Hebron City of Praise Missionary Baptist Church was replanted in Monroe, NC. Since that time, God has allowed this ministry to be a blessing to Monroe, Union County, other surrounding counties, and the nation through the online broadcast.

 

Hebron City of Praise and Sought Out Ministries Inc have partnered with other churches and ministries to bring relief to the homeless community, assist those in need of food and counseling, and provide mentoring for young men through sports and life education.
